Telesales - Newbury - £18k basic plus bonuses

If you would like to use your telesales skills but not work in a call centre this role could be for you. Working alone but within lively busy offices you would be solely responsible for the success of the role. Making business-to business calls yourself from your own office, calling Facilities Managers and Human Resources Managers your objective is to make appointments for the commerical manager of this expanding and thriving company specialising in security. You will be well rewarded for your efforts with a large bonus as well as smaller incentives on a monthly/weekly basis.
Offices are out of the town centre so your own transport is desirable. Hours between 9 and 5 but can be flexible to suit.

Accounts/Payroll Assistant - Newbury

Full-time: Monday to Friday, 08:30-17:00hrs
If you have excellent numeracy skills and experience in an accounts role working with Word and Excel spreadsheets on a regular basis and a patient and helpful manner; this new role in an expanding company could be your next move.
Working within a small, friendly team in rural offices outside of Newbury; this is a busy position involving weekly invoicing to businesses,checking figures and issuing payslips from time sheets for monthly wages.
Part of the role involves dealing with any pay queries by telephone from the company's employees, for which patience and good communication skills will be needed. Other various general admin duties will also be required.
This is a busy and fast paced environment so the ability to work well under pressure whilst remaining very organized will be a key requirement.
This is an urgently required position and interviews will be held w/c 25th January .

Office Manager/Administrator

A new opportunity for an Office Manger/Team Administrator experienced in co-ordinating systems and personnel is required for an immediate start within a stable and expanding commercial property management company.
Working alongside the senior Project Manager and with an experienced administrator assisting you, this role is office based in South London with some client liaison and occasional site meeting attendance required. (Pool car available)
Briefly the role comprises: Supporting a small team of site based project managers with their administration, correspondence and materials purchasing, plus overseeing the day to day running of a busy office.
You will need to be completely conversant in Word, Excel, and Outlook and preferably familiar with MS Project . Any experience in initiating new admin. and quality systems will be welcomed, plus understanding of project or team working within a commercial construction organisation.
Working hours of 8.30 to 5.00
